We work with major companies Logistics: Correos, Zeleris, SEUR, Keavo, Post Express, UPS.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur after sending your package, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are standard and your items are well protected.

Returns

Once received the SmartWatch, you have 14 days to return if there is any damage or is not satisfied with the product.


The return costs are always free.

SmartWatch is important is shipped with its original packaging and fully packed. No refunds other than with its original packaging and handling the device or blow produced, scratches, etc ..

Warranty

The Geon devices have 24 months warranty period.

If it is necessary to extend the warranty period, there is no problem, we will handle ourselves enlargement.
